Patricia has agreed as a condition of membership in the Network to provide specific benefits to AARP members and spouses, which include: - Complimentary confidential initial consultation of up to 45 minutes by appointment in her Garden City office or by telephone
- A reduction of 20% of the usual reasonable legal fees for current AARP members
- Written retainer for all services with flat fee services (such as for the creation of a Will or Trust, Medicaid application or for document review)
- Written retainer with clearly stated hourly fees for all other on-going legal representation (such as for estate administration or a guardianship proceeding)
